Tru-Kleen oil sampler is designed to take a live oil sample safely and consistently clean, sample after sample.
Tru-Kleen can be plumbed into your lubrication or filtration system remote to the oil source.This takes it away from engine or transmission heat which eliminates the risk of burns while taking sample.
The solenoid model can be set up to operate automatically via PLC.PLC Equipment can be set to take sample (eg 200 hrs) after checking oil pressure & temperature is normal.
PLC operates solenoid valve for 20 secs to take sample.The sample then sits in the Tru-Kleen sampler until the next service.The sample is then removed and a new sample bottle is loaded into the Tru-Kleen sampler, it is then ready to take the next sample.
