The speed and torque generated is controlled individually for each reel, as the load varies due to hose size and product type. The torque generated by the reel during the rewind mode is ONLY high enough to retract the hose. Should the operator become entangled in the hose during rewind mode, then the system would simply stall and the operator can reset the quarter turn valve to the central position.

industrial markets carrying hose lengths up to 20 m and hose diameters up to 12-mm; To heavy duty metal fabricated hose and cable
reels, for hose lengths up to 150-m and hose diameters up to 38-mm.
